Dr. Bellows was born and raised on a dairy farm in Bradford County, PA. Upon graduating high school, she went on to pursue a career in Pharmacy at Albany College of Pharmacy(ACP). In her third year at ACP, she was involved in a MVA that resulted in a whiplash injury. Dr. Bellows sought chiropractic care to facilitate the healing of her neck injury. While under chiropractic care, she began to develop a passion for the profession and decided to put her pharmacy career on hold. The rest is history.

In 2002, Dr. Bellows graduated Summa Cum Laude from New York Chiropractic College located in Seneca Falls, NY. Immediately following graduation , she joined her brother at Mansfield Family Chiropractic where she practiced for the next 4 years. In 2006, she opened Bellows Chiropractic Center in Wellsboro, PA.

In her free time, Dr. Bellows enjoys spending time with her family, working out, and coffee dates with her husband, Marc.

Dr. Mark Hampton has 34 years of experience treating patients in Lycoming County. He was a graduate of Hughesville High School and Pennsylvania College of Chiropractic. Dr. Mark has a 24-year-old daughter, Malaena as well as a 20-year-old daughter, Mallory. Mallory is currently attending Penn State University. He currently resides in Montoursville with his wife, Amy Vanderwall, CRNP and his 2 step children; Gabe, 16 years old and Lizzy, 11 years old. Dr. Zina Knight is a central Pennsylvania native growing up in Danville, Pennsylvania. While studying Exercise Science at Bloomsburg University, a seminar piqued her interest in finding alternate ways to treat and prevent pain and injuries without the use of drugs or surgery, leading her to chiropractic. After completing her undergraduate degree, she attended Parker University in Dallas, Texas. She graduated Cum Laude with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and a Masters Degree in Strength and Human Performance. Dr. Shauna obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology with honors from Juniata College in 2012. She earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic with honors from New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) in 2015. In addition to her studies, she played field hockey for Juniata and intramural soccer at NYCC. She joined DeWald Chiropractic in December 2015. Dr. Shauna is proficient in Diversified and Drop Techniques. She is certified in Fascial Movement Taping, Connect TX soft tissue mobilization, Activator and Webster Technique.
